Summary

This tool uses XSL stylesheets to transform XML documents, either from a URL or uploaded from the user's files, into HTML.

Walkthrough

To transform the text found at http://www.xml.com/1999/03/ie5/first-x.xml using TAPoR's sample XSL stylesheet at http://taporware.ualberta.ca/sampleDocs/article.xsl:
  1. XML source text
    1. Enter ‘http://www.xml.com/1999/03/ie5/first-x.xml’ into the ‘URL’ field.
  2. XSL stylesheet
    1. Enter ‘http://taporware.ualberta.ca/sampleDocs/article.xsl’ in the ‘XSL URL’ field.
  3. Click the ‘Submit’ button to process the text.

To upload an XML (.xml) file from your computer, choose ‘Local file,’ click ‘Browse,’ and select the file you wish to use from your directory.
